October 6, 2010: The Annual Webelos Visit to the Fire Station

Griffin's favorite Webelos activity is the annual visit to the Fire Station. Since Cherise is the leader, she's always good about taking pictures. (She also finds the firemen, well, fascinating, so she makes sure to not miss out on the open house.)

Both she and Griffin talked about how HOT the fire was, even though they were quite a distance from it. They said they had to cover their faces to protect themselves from the heat.

Griffin's going to miss many things when he graduates from cub scouts to boy scouts, but nothing more than this tradition.
